IKGPTU Vice-Chancellor honors Employee Harjinder Singh on his retirement
Jalandhar/Kapurthala I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) organized a farewell cum retirement party on Monday. It was the retirement of University Employee Harjinder Singh, Senior Assistant. P&EP Department. He was honored on the occasion by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Susheel Mittal. Vice Chancellor Dr. Mittal joined the ceremony as the chief guest. In his keynote address, Vice Chancellor Dr Mittal motivated the university employees to work tirelessly in their respective positions with integrity.
University Registrar Dr. S.K Misra and Joint Registrar cum Dean P&EP Dr. R.P.S Bedi also shared their thoughts with the colleagues during the event. The program was organized by the H.R Department of the University, in which Deputy Registrar Dr. Ekonkar Singh Johal requested Vice-Chancellor Dr. Susheel Mittal, Registrar Dr. S.K Misra & Joint Registrar cum Dean P&EP to honor retired Senior Assistant Harjinder Singh.
Harjinder Singh was previously in the Indian Army and after retiring from Indian Army he joined the University as a Clerk in the year 2010. In the year 2013, he was promoted as Senior Assistant.
