 Blood Donation is an important service to Human kind and by Donating Blood we can help a needy and save a precious life. Transfusion of blood every year saves many of life in this world. It will cost you nothing but it will save a life. These words are delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University. Prof. Sharma was addressing to students, NSS Volunteers, Faculty & staff members during a Blood Donation Camp held at University’s main campus. 

This Camp was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor. Total 46 Units of blood donated in this camp. On this occasion University staff, Faculty; Students donated their blood towards saving life. From University side Registrar (Dr.) Sukhbir Singh Ahluwalia, Incharge Vice Chancellor Secretariat Dr Paramjit Singh participated in this camp and on the side of HDFC Bank Cluster Head Jatin Sharma, Branch Manager Binny Dhir, TEAM member Chander Parkash,  Satnam singh, Kamaljit were also be present there.
