Vice Chancellor Rahul Bhandari inaugurated the SFC, Hundreds of students will get benefitted every day

Jalandhar/Kapurthala A New Student Facilitation Center (SFC) was inaugurated at I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) on Monday. This center has been started by the University Management for the convenience of hundreds of students coming to the University for various tasks every day. It was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Sh. Rahul Bhandari, IAS. University Registrar Dr. S.K Mishra shared that in the vision of Vice Chancellor Sh. Rahul Bhandari to provide best facilitation to students, the university should do every work related to the convenience of the students at every level on an initiative basis. In this continuation, the Student Facilitation Center (SFC) is an important work, which has been developed in a very short time on the basis of initiative by the Student Welfare Department and the University P&EP department (Estate Office). Vice Chancellor Mr. Bhandari congratulated everyone for the new endeavor.

Dean Student Welfare Dr. Gaurav Bhargava told that online applications are maximum among the facilities related to various documents given to the students. But for many special and immediate facilities, students also come to this center to apply offline! These students will now get better facilities in the new Students Facilitation Center! On this occasion Dean P&EP Dr. RPS Bedi, XEN HP Singh, Director S&P Sandeep Kajal, Dinesh Juneja, Deputy Registrar SFC Sandeep Mehmi, Rajneesh Sharma and others were present.
