A One-week National level faculty development programme on “Applications of computing techniques in sustainable energy systems”, commenced on 15th June 2022 at IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Main campus. The programme is organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and co-sponsored by AICTE and IKGPTU Kapurthala. This 1- week FDP has around 55 registered candidates from north-west region of India. Research scholars, faculty and research mentors attending the event, and drawn from IITs, NITs, Technical Universities and Engineering colleges would benefit by interaction and find new areas for carrying out research on sustainable energy systems and issues related to problem solving through computational techniques.
