IKG PTU’s Event “ByteBattle” concludes with Grand Gaming Championship and prize distribution

Jalandhar/Kapurthala ( ) The multi-disciplinary technical event “ByteBattle” organized at I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) concluded with the Grand Gaming Championship and Prize Distribution. The exciting two-day event saw an overwhelming response from the students as the Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) Gaming Championship was contested over three entertaining stages. All the participants displayed their strength in the virtual battlefield.
University Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal congratulated the team of organizers for this successful event. Registrar Dr. S.K. Misra appreciated the command of Dean Academic Prof (Dr) Vikas Chawla for arranging the program and the team spirit of all the students.
The closing ceremony held in the seminar hall opposite KRC was attended by eminent persons from the academic field and industrial world. Dean Academic Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Chawla, faculty members of ECE department Dr. Rakesh Goyal and Dr. Dalveer Kaur graced the occasion. The winners in various categories were seen performing brilliantly due to their extraordinary talent and tireless dedication.
Abhinav Mishra of IKG PTU Main Campus emerged victorious in the Coding Marathon. He took the top position. After him, Gaurav Anand and Rajveer Singh secured second and third position respectively.
There was a remarkable display of innovation and technical proficiency in the web development category. Team Curious Coders from IKG PTU Main Campus won the coveted first position, showcasing their skills in creating state-of-the-art web solutions. Behind them, Team Pathfinder from LTSU, Punjab and Team “Duo Developers” from IGGPTU Main Campus secured second and third position respectively.
Business Planners from IKG PTU Main Campus bag top honors in the Business Plan Segment! Team Botanic Brain and Team Warlock placed second and third respectively. His innovative ideas and strategic skills left a lasting impression on the audience and judges alike.
Gaming enthusiasts were also not left behind! They battled it out in the virtual arena, showcasing their skills and teamwork. Sponsored by Mic Communications, the gaming event saw fierce competition! In this, Team Veterans emerged as the champions, followed by Team Flames and Team Celestials who secured second and third place respectively. Dean Academics Prof. (Dr.) Chawla congratulated all the participants and winners with an inspiring speech! He also wished the entire ByteBattle team all the best for their future endeavors, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and excellence among the participants.
