Admission Guidelines

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR PROGRAMMES IN UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES

Steps to be followed by Foreign Nationals/International students for Admission to courses in I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Campus and in its Constituent Campuses

  1. Admission Schedule is made available at www.ptu.ac.in at the starting of each admission session generally in the month of April or May.
  2. Detailed admission guidelines are available at www.ptu.ac.in/international

Students must read and understand the guidelines before starting the process

  • Step-1: Go to http://campuses.ptu.ac.in/AllRegUser.php and sign up
  • Step-2: Log on and register a course
  • Step-3: Fill appropriate online application form
  • Step-4: Take printout, attach certificates etc. and get them attested (see guidelines)
  • Step-5: Get Equivalence from AIU (see guidelines)
  • Step-6: Upload attested documents on the website
  • Step-7: Send Hard copy of documents at step 6 to IKGPTU University (see guidelines)
  • Step-8: After receiving Formal Admission letter from IKGPTU, deposit course fee
