I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University celebrated Engineers’ Day at Academic Block 1 with the participation of authorities, faculty, officers, staff, and students.
The event was inaugurated by Registrar Dr. Navdeepak Sandhu through the ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by all Deans: Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Chawla (Dean Academics), Prof. (Dr.) Satbir Singh (Dean Students Welfare), Prof. (Dr.) Balkar Singh (Dean College Development), Prof. (Dr.) Y. S. Brar (Dean R&D), and Prof. (Dr.) Gaurav Bhargava (Dean P&EP).
Other dignitaries present included Dr. Paramjit Singh (Controller of Examinations), Dr. S. S. Walia (Finance Officer), Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Chauhan (HoD Civil Engineering & ISTE Activities Incharge), Dr. Nitya Sharma (Deputy Controller), Dr. Sandeep Kazal, Sh. Dinesh Juneja (Deputy Registrar), Sh. Naresh Kumar, Sh. Devinder Kumar, Sh. Paramjit Gill, and Sh. Rajneesh Sharma.
The celebration also featured an exhibition of engineering and food technology projects, highlighting innovation and creativity. An inspirational message from Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal was also read during the event.
