Brief Biography

Dr. Singh did his B.Sc. S.C.D. Govt. College, Ludhiana under Panjab University later he joined department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh for his Masters in Physics (Hons). He qualified NET (CSIR) examination in 2007, he was in top 10 rankers and was invited for Shyama Prasad Mukherjee fellowship interview by CSIR, New Delhi. He got selected for Shyama Prasad Mukherjee fellow in 2007. He completed in doctoral degree in Experimental Nuclear Physics from Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2013. He worked as Assistant Professor at Central university of Punjab, Bathinda and NIT, Jalandhar for a short time. He also got opportunity to work as post-doctoral fellowship at GSI, Germany and Indiana University, USA from 2014-17 before he joined IKGPTU as Assistant Professor in March 2017.
