The NSS Wing of IKGPTU, organized a cleanliness drive at its main campus at Kapurthala. More than 100 NSS volunteers participated in this drive. The event was inaugurated by the Dean Students Welfare, Dr. Gaurav Bhargava. The NSS volunteers carried out cleaning of open areas of the campus and removed a large quantity of plastic from these areas. A large amount of biomass was also collected and put that to make compost through the process of Bio-composting.
