MGN School Students Visits IKG PTU
The students of Montgomery Guru Nanak Public School (MGN) visited I K Gujral Punjab Technical University on its educational tour. Total 250 number of students joined a session on subject “Environment conservation in Technical Era” during this visit. This visit was necessary for students as per their class syllabi.
Dr. Ekonkar Singh Johal, Deputy Registrar Academics welcomed students and their school teacher. He addressed the students about the role of technology to save the environment and also shared about IKG PTU’s Eco Friendly infrastructure. University’s Landscape Incharge Officer Rakesh Sood also interacted with the students and gave them practical knowledge about the eco agriculture system and also shared about the importance of Landscape areas in residential & commercial buildings. Er Sandeep Kajal, Deputy Controller Examination (Secrecy) also interacted with students.
University’s Public Relations Officer briefed the students about the efforts done by the University to promote environmental friendly atmosphere in its main campus as well as other campuses.
